A Great Place to Read in Belton, SC
Who wouldn’t want to read in this great library nook created by Kate Byrd at Belton Elementary School? I had a terrific week of visits to this area of South Carolina. At Belton Elementary, I had lunch with lots of aspiring authors. Thank you, Belton Elementary, Cedar Grove Elementary, Marshall Primary, and Lakeside Middle School of Anderson for welcoming me.
I had the pleasure of hearing librarian Ms. Martin at Marshall Elementary introduce and share Dig, Wait, Listen: a Desert Toad’s Tale to a library group while I signed gobs of books. Wow. She was terrific! She tied in numerous curriculum threads to that book.
