April Sayre’s Book Meet the Howlers!

Meet the howlers! These rain forest dwellers are loud and sloppy. Good thing their manners are for monkeys only! This book was inspired by our observations of howler monkeys in Panama. HOWLER SOUNDS! Below are some howler monkey calls I recorded in Panama. Just click on the call and a sound player will come on screen. You can also hear toucans grinding their bills and parrots flying past in these recordings. Sharp ears might hear hummingbirds clicking and other tropical forest birds calling.
