Making naan requires yeast, a few hours, and a slightly warmed oven for dough rising because the house is freeeeeeeezing cold this time of year. Use the recipe in the book I mentioned in the previous post. To make it Peshwari, just blend raisins, coconut, almonds or pecans, a little butter in a cuisinart. Press or layer this into the dough and presto! You have peshwari naan.
