SKYPE AND ICHAT VISITS WITH STUDENTS

These presentations mingle audio, video, slides, and writing and science content with chatting with your students and answering their questions.

1/2 hour to 1 hour program is $350.

Other programs on the same school day, within an hour of the first scheduled program are $300.

IN PERSON SPEAKING FEES

To reduce paperwork and complexity,  my fees are ALL INCLUSIVE. Fees cover honorarium, mileage, hotel, food, car rental, plane tickets, i.e. everything. These categories are based on driving distance calculated by Mapquest from downtown South Bend, Indiana.

ALL INCLUSIVE FEES FOR SCHOOL VISITS

South Bend/Mishawaka $1500 per school day
Within 50 miles $1600 per school day
Within 100 miles $1750 per school day
More than 100 miles $2100 per school day (3 consecutive days preferred)

Special Virginia Rate: I have family in Winchester, Richmond, and Williamsburg, Virginia. So if you are within 50 miles of these places, my rate is $1600 all-inclusive.

What’s Included?
Three sessions during the school day. These sessions can be with large groups or small groups.
Signings included. Extra charge for evening programs.

Fees are the same for schools, libraries, and young author conferences.

Small events, with motivated authors/readers, are fun, too!

CONFERENCE FEES

Email me for conference/keynote fees. If I am speaking to large numbers of educators/librarians, my fees are substantially lower than for school visits. Let me know what you need and we will try to work out something within your budget.

HOW TO BOOK AN EVENT

Email me at asayre (at) mac (dot) com with possible months or dates. I will check my calendar. Once we have agreed on dates, I will pencil them into my calendar.  I will send you a link to a contract and pre-visit materials. Once you have signed and returned the contract, I will ink the dates and you will have a confirmed, contracted visit.

My main program can be presented to large groups of up to 200.
